Christchurch Baby Expo

The Christchurch Baby Expo is back with everything for parents, babies and bumps under one roof. Explore top baby brands, expo-only specials, seminars, demos and workshops. There are goodie bags, giveaways, a pram trial track, kids’ activities and prizes galore.

$5 Fill-a-Bag Kids Clothing & Toy Sale

Waimairi Toy Library is hosting its bargain-packed clothing and toy sale. Fill a bag of kids’ clothes for $5, browse baby gear and toys, and enjoy free face painting and a bouncy castle. Coffee van included for the grown-ups.

Spend the morning at this local favourite with craft stalls, second-hand books and tasty food vendors. A relaxed market with something for everyone.

Woodend School Fair 2025

The annual Woodend School Fair promises a full day of family fun with over 60 stalls, food, live music, bake sale, chocolate wheel, car boot, and a dedicated kids’ zone. A classic community day out.

Clip ‘n Climb Exclusive Session

Clip ‘n Climb Exclusive Session

Theme park meets climbing wall in this action-packed session. With 38 climbs to try, automatic belay devices, and a full safety briefing, it’s a thrill for all ages. Supervising adults enter free and proceeds support Multiples Canterbury.

When: Saturday 13 September, 3.45pm to 5pm

Kids and Youth Circus Showcase

See what circus school is all about with this lively showcase from the Kowhai Kids. Enjoy performances, face painting, popcorn and the chance to try circus skills yourself. Koha entry keeps the circus magic going.
