This weekend kicks off with a celebration of all things zine. Families can explore the world of self-publishing, flick through quirky local creations, and pick up stickers and handmade treasures. Perfect for kids who love drawing, writing, or making their own books.

Rangatahi Boogie

Botanic Bonanza
Face painting, food trucks, live music and a treasure hunt – this weekend festival is packed with colour and energy. Kids can dress up for spot prizes, ride the amusements, and explore the Illuminate Christchurch Amusement Zone in daytime mode.

Illuminate – Final Weekend

The Canterbaby Club: Mini Makers’ Spa Morning
A spa day for little makers. Kids create face masks, lip scrubs and sparkly mirrors while parents sip coffee and enjoy a hand massage. There will also be special discounts on products from Little Beauty Bar. There is only one spot left, so be quick!

Messy Mates x Crowntastic – Superhero Sessions
